This machine is designed for cream products in jar, it includes auto feeding,auto inner seal, auto outer cap feeding ,and auto capping system. 

Process:

Infeed for empty jar-auto filling-Auto inner seal feeding -Auto cap feeding and capping-finished jar collecting.

◆  Adopting servo motor to drive the piston type filling system to make precision higher.

◆ PLC control, human touch screen to set related parameters, to effect easy operation.

◆ Just replace different bases can effect different sizes of jar to full in one machine.
