Silicone mold is suitable for DIY produce lipstick, the shape can be customized and is able to make your own LOGO on the lipsticks. And it is also able to be used with our silicone lipstick filling machine.

3.The tube cup size is widely range. General 12.1mm, also 12.7mm, 9mm, 11.8mm or 10.8mm.

How to use the silicone mould?

• Clean the mould use no fur shedding cloths to clean the inner wall of the mold.

• Preheating the mold and prepare the hot lipstick material ready to filing.
• After lipstick filling into the silicone mould, put it to the freezer or waiting to cool down.

• Use lipstick releasing machine to take out the lipstick one-by-one.
• Gently wipe around the rim of the lipstick tubes, and attach the lids and labels.
