Application for Pulverizar:

It is specially used for pulverizing those dry and brittle material in cosmetic, chemical, pharmacy, industries.

Features for Pulverizar:

◆ It adopts rotary multi-hammer structure to hamming the powder material, which makes powder to be sheared off, scraped, scattered and pass through the mesh in high speed to achieve the requested fineness.

◆ Hammer chamber has cooling system, which effectively avoid the raw material from being thernak anaphylaxis.

◆ Auto screw type powder feeding, speed adjustable;
◆ Powder bucket is automatically lifted up and down,  convenient for powder discharge.
◆ Hammers rotate high speed ensures the powder material well homogenized after oil spraying. In this case, by using our pulverizer, the oil spot can be eliminated 99% and powders become softer when you touch it. Some people prefer crusher, but this is not workable on eliminating oil spots.
