APPLICATION:

30L Lipstick Melting Tank is designed for lipstick, lipbalm and other cosmetic products. It works with lipstick filling machine, to faster the production speed. 

FEATURES:

l Dual Layer Tank adopts SUS304material, the inner layer is SUS316L, meet with GMP standard;

l The tank has mixing function, speed adjustable.

l The tank has dual temperature control, one for bulk, the other for heating oil, 0-100degree.

l The tank has vacuum function, adopts vacuum pump, -0.1 to 0MPA;

l Tank lid could be auto lifted up-down, lifting height at 300MM, give the operation more efficiency.

l Discharge Valve installed in the middle of tank underneath, which largely reduce the rest material in the tank.

l Discharge valve designed with heating function precents material getting solid in nozzles.

l Whole machine is movable.
