JRM is a kind of automatic filling machine for mascara and lip gloss.The process section is including auto filling, steel ball inserting, blush inserting and capping device.

Working Process:

Manual packaging putting->Auto Filling(2PCS)->Auto steel ball inserting->Manual blush feeding to vibration hopper->Auto brush inserting->Auto capping->Auto push finished product to conveyor->Auto transfer to weigh checker->Auto weigh checking

◆ With auto wipers input, wipers checking, and capping function. Also it has option on pragram to set functions.
◆ Mateial tank is 15 L, with heating, mixing, and pressuring functions.
◆ This machine adopts piston filling system. filling parameter is able to set on touch screen.
◆ This machine is made from servo motor driven, materials sucking, lifting and capping system.
◆ Wipers are fed through vibration table.
◆ With weigh checking device to remove over weight products and not enough product.
