JRM is a kind of automatic filling machine for mascara and lipgloss. The process section is including auto filling, wipers inserting, brush inserting and capping device.

Process:

Manually feeding container-Auto filling with two nozzles-Auto wipers inserting-Manual brush cap feeding –Auto capping-Auto push finished product to conveyor-Auto transfer to weigh checker-Auto weight checking.

l        With Auto wipers input, wipers checking, and capping function.Also it has option on program to set           functions.

l        Material tank is 15L, with heating, mixing, and pressuring functions.

l        This machine adopts piston filling system. Filling parameter is able to set on touch screen.

l        Wipers are fed through vibration table.

l        With weight checking device to remove over weight products and not enough product.
