The automatic vacuum filling machines are researched and developed on the basis of semi-automatic vacuum filling machine which is recognized by customers. It is suitable for fluid products such as all kinds of water-like products and rich-foaming products.

The number of filling nozzles and the length of conveyors can be customized according to customer demand.

The design of these machines are compact and reasonable. They are controlled with PLC. They draw product into the vessel by using continuous vacuum suction. When the product reaches the outer tube of filling nozzles, the excess product will drawn back into the collecting bucket. The liquid level of the vessel is determined by the depth of the vacuum port within the neck of the vessel. Therefore whether the vessel  is consistent the liquid level will be the same. The material of the collecting bucket is pharmaceutical level, and the product in the bucket can be recycled.
